Hour-long shuck session includes:

-shucking instruction and open Q&A from our aquaculture specialists offered in a group setting with personalized assistance

-a dozen oysters from the featured Maine grown oyster farm

- a pint pour of rotating selection of beer from the beer experts at Austin Street !

Lady Shuckers will provide you with knives, gloves, trays, rags and all other accoutrements necessary to facilitate the lesson and conduct raw-bar and merch sales until 8pm following the lesson ! 🌊
