Return Policy

Austin Street Brewery offers a thirty (30) day return policy on new, unused products purchased via our web store.

• Shirts, hats, and other clothing must be unworn.

• Items must be returned with the original packaging and all accessories.

• Any defective or damaged merchandise may be returned within that 30 day period for a full refund.

• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping on Returns

If the reason for the return is not a result of an Austin Street Brewery error, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us before the return is issued. If the reason for return is due to our error, such as damaged items or incorrectly fulfilled orders, Austin Street Brewery will issue a 100% refund and issue a return shipping label free of charge.
