Austin Street launched in 2014 and quickly became a staple in the Maine craft beer scene and

passion for craft beer has kept the Brewery focused on high quality products that have given it

a leading reputation in the market and a mindset of “craft above all else.”

Early on, Will and Jake realized the importance of having the right people in the right seats and

have used this mantra in the Brewery’s hiring process. It was clear to the duo that if you start

with great people, great beer will follow. We rely heavily on our Core Values and insist our team

does the same: Teamwork, Hospitable, and Brand Warrior are the paramount of our hiring
